Lee has years of first chair representation of individuals, trust companies and other financial institutions, corporations, insurers and their insureds in substantial civil litigation matters in court and ADR proceedings represents individual and institutional clients in the areas of trust and estates, trust administration, fiduciary/Orphans' Court litigation, elder care and personal law returned to private practice in 2013 after serving in a national role as a Director and Business Development Officer for Barclays U.S.-based trust company, Barclays Wealth Trustees (U.S.), N.A. At Barclays, Lee's responsibilities extended to overlapping issues of wealth planning, trust structuring and compliance with state trust law provisions throughout the United States years of first chair trial experience in business disputes, liability claims and casualty litigation, including auto and trucking, nursing home and securities law disputes proudly follows in the footsteps of his late father, Robert G. Allman, Esquire, who practiced law and was a civic leader for many decades in the Philadelphia area licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New Hampshire resides in Media, Pennsylvania.
Education & Certifications
Lee earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University School of Law in 2015. He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1993 and holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1988. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds a life insurance license.
