Mr. Allman leads the firm’s practice group, bringing extensive professional and industry knowledge to his role as estate counsel for planning, administration, and fiduciary litigation in Orphans' Court. The Orphans' Court in Pennsylvania has broad jurisdiction over fiduciary matters, including trust disputes, will contests, estate litigation, as well as issues related to minors, incapacitated persons, special needs trusts, guardianship, and fee and commission disputes.
Beyond advising individuals and families on asset protection, elder law, and estate planning, Lee has also worked with numerous financial institutions, trustees, and beneficiaries on Orphans' Court matters. With substantial experience in the financial services industry, he holds a Series 7 and 63 license, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ designation. More recently, Lee served as a Director at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management (Americas), where he led the development efforts for Barclays' U.S.-based trust company.
